• Complete the shipping information before making the order and track parcels from China.

Select The Right Local Express Company.

To track parcels from China, We recommend many express or transportation companies in your country that transport the products from seller to buyer. For example in Cambodia, in case we buy products from Tao Bao, the Chinese base operation company. We need to look for the local express companies who can provide these services to us.

Many local express companies such as GHT Express, Cambodian Express, J&T Express, Best Express, ZTO Express, etc.. These companies have offices in Cambodia and China, they can bring the products from China by Ship, Air, or Truck.

Thus we have multiple options for transporting the products based on your requirements such as time, budget, urgency, etc. We usually select GHT Express to ship products from China and mostly by Truck because the cost is cheaper than other ways and takes 10 days.

Complete The Shipping Information

Before making and ordering products, you need to complete the shipping information first because it’s easy to inform suppliers or sellers during the order process, suppliers will give you a tracking number to track parcels from China. There are two shipping locations you need to fill in such as below:

Step 1: Fill in Your Current Address To Your Local Express Company

After you register your name with the local express, us we register our name with GHT Express, we have to fill in all the information in the profile, complete our current address, settlement method, consolidation of shipping, and contact information for GHT Express contact us when the products have arrived Cambodia, our country.

The GHT Express will bring the product directly to our home, for a service charge depending on your location and the express company’s policy.

For example, the current address that we put in the GHT Express’s platform is “No 2BE0, Road Betong, O-Andaung Village, Group 5, Sangkat Prek Pra, Khan Chbar Ampov”

After you complete all the above information you will get the right address of the GHT Express in China. This address you need to complete in the Toa Boa website.

Step 2: Fill in The Address Of Your Local Express Warehouse With Toa Boa in China

You must complete the address of your local express, GHT Express with the Toa Boa website, make sure the address is correct because when you make an order your products will be transported directly from the supplier warehouse to GHT Express in China.

For example, the GHT express in China that we fill in the Toa Boa website is “No. 11, Nanxian Road, Jianggao Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province [BY LAND], turn to GHT815095, tel: 092-xxx-xxx”.

After GHT Express in China receives the ordered products from Chinese suppliers or sellers, GHT will transfer the products to GHT Express in Cambodia

Please note that:  

1. Why is the process of filling address in very complicated? Because we are purchasing from the TaoBao website. ToaBao is an e-commerce store mainly developed for Chinese clients. The target of TaoBao is Chinese, thus the people who make an order must have an actual location in China.
2. Why don’t we purchase from other websites? Because the price of products on TaoBao is cheaper than on other websites.
3. In Alibaba Group, there are many e-commerce stores such as Alipay, and AliExpress, the price is more expensive than Taobao, easily fill in the shipping address such as Amazon or eBay by just completing your permanent address and then they will deliver directly to your home.
4. Tao Bao’s website or App is only in the Chinese language, if you do not know the Chinese language we recommend you use a PC because on a PC you can install the translation exitance of Google Chrome, and then you can read and make an order.

Track Parcels From China To Your Home

You must complete the information for the current address in GHT Express based in Cambodia and GHT Express’s address in China with the Taobao website. It means that you are ready to place an order to purchase the products from China with the TaoBao website.

After placing an order and the sellers are packaging the products for delivery,  they will give you a tracking number to follow up on your parcels from the sellers.

There are two steps for tracking parcels from China with Tao Bao as follows:

• Step 1: Tracking with Tao Bao

Sellers will send you the Tracking Number with the tracking website, in the Message Tab, or you can see the Pending Receipt Tab (Check the below Picture) alert you of the information. Please check and check the products that you order.

The Tao Bao will update all information related to your products, please check the above picture until the products arrive at the GHT Express warehouse in China.

Thus all traction information of products will end, which means you received products from sellers and transfer the obligation to GHT Express responsible.

• Step 2: Tracking with GHT Express

The product reaches GHT Express’s warehouse in China, you can use the tracking number in the GHT Express, and it will appear in the next flow of your product activities.

Please check the tracking information in the above picture. All information will alert you of the process until the products arrive in Cambodia.

When arriving at the GHT Express Cambodia warehouse, the delivery staff will contact you to confirm the delivery location so they can bring the products to your home.

That’s all, you get the products, and you need to pay the delivery fees for GHT Express, whereas the fee in China you already paid since you made an order and paid for product fees.

Please note that:

• If you order products from China with AliExpress or Alipay you need to track by two steps above. It’s just one step enough.
• Some products in China do not have local transportation fees based on the policies of sellers and TaoBao.
